Bonnie grew up in Texas and went to Sam Houston State University. She worked for NASA in the art department for several years.  She has one son and 3 grandchildren.  She began working for Brookdale in 1988 and has had a small farm over the years, but currently has 3 small dogs, Bugsy, Rizzoli, and Thor.
